Matt Currie, ABLE Managing Attorney for our Housing and Economic Development Practice Group, wrote Social Ecology and Lawyering in the Anthropocene, published in the University of Dayton Law Review in November, 2020. In the article, Matt analyzes how using a community lawyering model to deliver legal services results in community-driven legal work that supports issues identified by impacted communities, co-creating solutions and supporting the client in carrying out their legal strategy. The results are transformational!
