Support Our Work

For more than 50 years, ABLE has helped people living in poverty receive fair treatment and equal justice by providing free, quality legal services and programs for civil legal issues. Our work impacts families and individuals struggling to meet their basic needs. We provide legal assistance in a variety of areas including housing, immigration, education, healthcare, and consumer justice.

Your financial support of ABLE or one of our fundraising campaigns with local pro bono programs says that you care about justice for all. With your help, we can work together to protect the rights of the most marginalized people in our communities and the justice system.

Celebrating ABLE's 50+ Year Legacy

Watch Our Impact

"In Pursuit of Justice" is a 30-minute PBS-produced documentary that shares the legacy of ABLE, a nonprofit legal aid firm that has been assisting people living in poverty for over 50 years. This documentary spotlights the storied history of our organization, and demonstrates our commitment to achieving equal access to justice on behalf of people and communities facing barriers of poverty, racism, and limited resources.

When you support us, you ensure equal access to justice.

Our Clients Need You

Gifts from our friends and supporters are used to provide life-changing assistance to thousands of people each year. Unfortunately, about 40 percent of people seeking help must be turned away due to limited resources.

Please donate and help us to fulfill the unmet need of many disadvantaged people of our community. When you support us, you ensure equal access to justice. We need you. Our community members need you.
